The Yerkes National Primate Research Center also has a dedicated Microarray Core that provides full microarray services including: probe preparation, microarray production, RNA isolation and quality control, target labeling and hybridization on custom DNA microarray or Affymetrix GeneChip, image scanning, and microarray data analysis. The Core currently offers human, mouse, and rat microarrays printed on glass slides, and also provides services for RNA analysis, cDNA clone replication, quanitative real-time PCR, and DNA sequencing.
