Purpose

The NIAID Tetramer Core Facility is a facility whoes goal is to produce customized synthesis of MHC-tetramer reagents for NIH investigators. This program is funded by the National Institudes of Health under the NIH AIDS Research and Reference Reagent Program and is administered under contract by Fisher BioServices


Operation

Overall supervision and processing of requests is handled by the NIAID Tetramer Resource Committee (TRC) chaired by Dr. Alison Deckhut Augustine . Requests for tetramers can be submitted on-line at the NIH Tetramer Facility website. Any general questions or requests should be directed to Dr. Alison Deckhut Augustine.  Questions regarding technical aspects of MHC-tetramer preparation should be forwarded to either Dr. John D. Altman or Dr. Eugene Ravkov.


Location

The NIH Tetramer Core Facility is located at the Emory University Vaccine Center at Yerkes in Atlanta Georgia.
