You must submit a request through the NIH Tetramer Core Facility. You will find the necessary information at theNIAID Tetramer Core Facilitywebsite.

If you have questions reguarding the use and data analysis please check our FAQ section first. If your question is not answered there please submit the following form for technical support.
All questions requarding background staining will have the same first answer -- titrate your tetramer (see FAQ's sections).
If you have a question reguarding production time
If you are inquiring about production schedules, please allow 7-10 days after you receive your approval from the NIH committee for us to receive your tetramer information.
The estimated time for your to receive your tetramers begins when the Tetramer Facility in Atlanta receives your box. Typical production times are: 1-2 weeks for pre-made tetramers and 6-8 weeks for custom tetramers. E-mail here for questions about your tetramer production estimate (Please include the principle investigators name and your task order number).
